What do I wear to my session?
I'm currently in the process of making a wardrobe guide for my clients, but you can always reach out and ask me! I promise to give you my best tips.
Are your packages flexible?
Yes! Your session is as unique as your photos. Don't hesitate to reach out for a custom quote!
What is your travel policy?
Anything within a 30km radius of my house is free of travel fees. Anything beyond that is subject to a rate of $0.50 per km.
When will I receive my gallery?
Depending on the season, gallery turnaround time can be anywhere from 2-4 weeks for regular sessions and 6-8 weeks for weddings. I'll give you my best guess on the day of!
How do I download my photos?
Click "View photos" in the gallery invite email you received. (If you've lost your email, let me know!) You will need the gallery password and download PIN located in the bottom of this email. In the top right corner of your gallery, click the downwards arrow. Enter your download PIN, select the image quality you prefer, choose where to save your photos and you're all set!
For the best quality images, I recommend downloading the originals, but I understand if you're tight for storage. Above all else, please NEVER screenshot your photos as it ruins the quality of my work!
How can I pay my invoice?
Credit card or PayPal payments can be made through the link in your invoice email. I also offer E-Transfer or cash payment options which are visible by clicking "More payment options" on your invoice.
